He indulges in Masala Dosa, Vada Pao, Biryani, and countless other delicacies, each bite a new adventure in taste.

In Goa, Samed finds himself staying longer than planned, drawn in by the opportunity to work as the kitchen chef of a local cafe. Here, he creates a fusion menu that blends Indian spices with international influences, delighting locals and travelers alike. Despite the unexpected detour, Samed embraces the experience wholeheartedly, knowing that every moment adds to the richness of his journey.
Finding Comfort and Companionship on the Road:
Throughout his travels in India, Samed experiences a profound sense of security and belonging. Despite being a foreigner in a distant land, he feels at home among the warm and welcoming people he meets along the way. As he reflects on his experiences, Samed is filled with gratitude and a deep appreciation for the love and hospitality he has encountered.

“I am thrilled to return to India again and I want to do it as soon as possible. When I come, I plan to do a hitchhiking journey that will start from Kashmir and end in Kerala.”
On a Mission:
As Samed’s journey continues from Nepal to South East Asia. Currently Samed is in Vietnam, he sets his sights on completing his exploration of Asia by hitchhiking through the continent. Beyond Asia, he dreams of venturing to new countries and continents, with South America beckoning as his next target. With each step of his journey, Samed grows not only as a chef but as an artist of his profession, guided by creativity, curiosity, and a thirst for adventure.
